- Right to object to processing (article 21 GDPR);
- Right to define the fate of personal data after death and to designate (or not) a person to carry out these directives (article 85 Data Protection Act). In the event of death and in the absence of instructions from the Internet user, RISE AND SHINE undertakes to delete personal data, with the exception of those necessary to meet its legal obligations or for evidentiary purposes.
